We recommend to take menoelle® regularly (2 tablets) in the morning before breakfast. However, you can also take the tablets at any other preffered time during the day. Please ensure that there are about 24 hours between the individual doses.
Experience has shown that the effect of the product can be expected after 2-4 weeks of regular intake at the earliest.
