Unfortunately, deliveries to other countries are not possible at the moment.
General shipping information
All orders placed before 12pm will be shipped the same day from Germany by DHL. Orders placed over the weekend will be shipped the following business day. All orders can be tracked from shipment to delivery by tracking number.
If you are not at home at the time of delivery, the delivery will generally be deposited for you at a DHL station. From this point you have up to 7 days to collect the package, after which the package will be returned to us as undeliverable.
We will not resend packages that have been returned to us as undeliverable. The price of your order will of course be refunded in this case, but not the delivery costs.
Late or lost orders
A package is considered lost if it has not arrived nationally after a period of 8 days and internationally after a period of 13 days. After that you can ask us to do an investigation. A response from an investigation can take 6-8 weeks.
Although orders usually take less time, we are not able to guarantee a replacement before this period expires.
We are not responsible for any other direct or indirect loss or damage to the customer due to delay or defective delivery, regardless of the delivery method.
Please be aware that a delay in delivery may be caused by your country’s customs office. All costs charged for customs clearance are the responsibility of the buyer. You can find a cancellation policy under: GTC and revocation
