Folate is required by the body to convert tryptophan into melatonin. Quatrefolic® is a high-quality form of folate with optimal bioavailability, meaning it can be used directly by the body.
Folate also contributes to normal psychological function.
Clinically proven effectiveness for many menopausal symptoms
The safety and effectiveness of EstroG-100® in alleviating menopausal symptoms in menopausal women have been demonstrated in three prospective, randomized, double-blind, placebo-controlled studies. EstroG-100® significantly improves twelve menopausal symptoms as well as mineral bone density. EstroG-100® has no estrogenic or phytoestrogenic effects, causes no side effects, and has no impact on body mass index.
The sleep-supporting effect of melatonin through reducing the time it takes to fall asleep and improving sleep quality – has been shown in several studies. The unique melatonin formulation in menoelle® with an overnight release effect ensures precise dosing for restful sleep. Initially, rapidly available melatonin supports falling asleep, while continuous delayed release over a period of 8 hours supports staying asleep.

Melatonin has a sleep-inducing effect and is commonly known for helping with falling asleep. menoelle® melatonin with an overnight release effect is characterized by a dual melatonin formulation that not only facilitates falling asleep but also supports better sleep continuity through its overnight release effect.
For the sleep-inducing effect, half of the melatonin contained in menoelle® melatonin with overnight release effect is rapidly available. The second half is released gradually and continuously over a period of 8 hours to support staying asleep.
The vitamin folate is required by the body to convert tryptophan into melatonin. Targeted supplementation with folate can contribute to better utilization of tryptophan and thus to more restful sleep.
Quatrefolic® is a patented form of folate with optimal efficacy and stability. The methylfolate bound to glucosamine in Quatrefolic® offers outstanding bioavailability and—unlike folic acid—can be used directly by the body.
Take 1 tablet of menoelle® NIGHT INTENSE daily before going to sleep, swallowed whole with sufficient liquid.
The stated recommended daily intake must not be exceeded.
Melatonin has a sleep-promoting effect, which is why it is generally recommended to take it 30–60 minutes before going to bed. Please note that menoelle® NIGHT intense is intended for use only before sleep—usually in the evening and not during the day—in order to avoid unwanted daytime drowsiness.
Both main ingredients of menoelle® NIGHT INTENSE (EstroG-100® and melatonin) require some time before their full effect is achieved. In some cases this may happen more quickly, while in others it may take longer. Experience shows that you should expect approximately 2–4 weeks. Please ensure regular intake according to the recommended dosage.
The ingredients of menoelle® NIGHT INTENSE are well researched and generally well tolerated.
A habituation effect is not expected when using menoelle® NIGHT intense, and there is no risk of daytime drowsiness provided that menoelle® NIGHT INTENSE is taken as intended before sleep.
menoelle® NIGHT INTENSE is not suitable for women who are pregnant or breastfeeding, for children or adolescents, or in cases of known celery allergy.
Like most over-the-counter products, menoelle® NIGHT INTENSE is not included in the list of benefits covered by statutory health insurance. Our tip: simply ask your health insurance provider—an exception may be possible in your case.
