EstroG-100® extract: The internationally recognised medicinal herbal extract EstroG-100®, whose effect has been clinically tested, has been specially developed as a hormone-free solution for menopausal women that alleviates hormonal imbalances and promotes well-being.
Melissa officinalis (lemon balm) is a time-tested medicinal herb that reduces inner restlessness and promotes better sleep. Studies have shown that lemon balm helps in reducing stress and thus improves sleep quality.
L-tryptophan is an essential amino acid which, as a precursor of serotonin and melatonin, is important for mood regulation and the sleep-wake cycle. L-tryptophan can assist in improving sleep quality and shorten the time it takes to fall asleep.
Quatrefolic®: Our body needs folic acid to convert tryptophan into melatonin. Quatrefolic® is a patented form of folic acid with optimum bioavailability. The folate can be utilised directly by the body and thus contribute to a more refreshing night’s sleep.

Dextrose, inulin, extract from three plant roots (Cynanchum wilfordii Hemsley, Phlomis umbrosa Turcz. and Angelica gigas Nakai; 17%), L-tryptophan (15%), lemon balm leaf extract (2.5%), hydroxypropyl methylcellulose (coating agent), polyethylene glycol (stabiliser), rice starch, sugar esters of fatty acids (stabiliser), colouring concentrates from spirulina and apple, hydroxypropyl cellulose (coating agent), colouring agent (betanin), colouring concentrates from safflower and lemon, sunflower lecithin (emulsifier), melatonin (0.19%), (6S)-5-methyltetrahydrofolic acid, glucosamine salt.
Recommended intake
Swallow 1 tablet daily with sufficient liquid before going to sleep. Do not chew.

Melatonin has a sleep-inducing effect and is actually known to help with problems falling asleep. Melotime® is characterised by a dual formulation of melatonin, which makes it easier to fall asleep and also enables better sleep through the night thanks to its overnight release effect.
Half of the melatonin contained in Melotime® is available quickly, to achieve a sleep-inducing effect. The other half of the melatonin is released continuously over a period of eight hours, to help you sleep through the night.
Our body needs the vitamin folic acid to convert tryptophan into melatonin. A targeted intake of folic acid can contribute to better utilisation of tryptophan and thus to more restful sleep.
Quatrefolic® is a patented form of folic acid with optimum efficacy and stability. The methylfolate bound to glucosamine in Quatrefolic® has unrivalled bioavailability and (unlike folic acid) can be utilised directly by the body.
Swallow one tablet of menoelle® NIGHT intense daily with sufficient liquid, without chewing, before going to sleep.
The recommended daily dose must not be exceeded.
Melatonin has a sleep-inducing effect, hence it is usually recommended to take it 30–60 minutes before going to bed. It should be noted that menoelle® NIGHT intense is only intended for use before sleep, i.e. usually in the evening and not during the day, in order to avoid undesirable daytime sleepiness.
Both main ingredients of menoelle® NIGHT intense (EstroG-100® & melatonin) require a certain amount of time to take full effect. In some cases this may happen more quickly, while in others, it may take slightly longer. Experience shows that you should anticipate around two to four weeks. Please ensure that you take the tablets regularly as recommended.
Like all sleeping pills, menoelle® NIGHT intense should only be taken until a normal sleep-wake rhythm has been restored. Without medical advice, the use of melatonin should be limited to a maximum period of three months.
The ingredients of menoelle® NIGHT intense have been the subject of in-depth research and are generally well tolerated.
A habituation effect is not to be expected when using menoelle® NIGHT intense, nor is there a risk of daytime sleepiness, provided menoelle® NIGHT intense is taken as directed before sleep.
menoelle® NIGHT intense is not suitable for women who are pregnant or breastfeeding, children or adolescents, or those with a known allergy to celery.
Like most over-the-counter products, menoelle® NIGHT intense is not listed in the statutory health insurance catalogue. Our tip: simply ask your health insurance fund – an exception may be possible in your case.
