menoelle® GEL is a gentle, clear gel that can be simply applied and distributed with your fingers. You can therefore decide yourself how much and where you wish to apply it.
Application of 5 ml every two to three days is usually enough to keep the vaginal mucosa hydrated and comfortable. In cases of extreme dryness, the gel can initially be used more frequently (1x every one to two days), until there is an improvement.
When used regularly, menoelle® gel can restore the vagina’s natural acid resistance.

A vaginal moisturiser is in contact with sensitive and dry tissues for much longer than an intimate lubricant, so it is even more important that a vaginal moisturiser is designed to release water where needed and to be formulated from ingredients that are gentle.
menoelle® GEL moisturises
menoelle® GEL has been designed to cater to these sensitive tissues in two ways. Firstly, the pH is balanced to match typical vaginal pH (fairly acidic at pH 3.7–4.5) and secondly, the strength and concentration of the ingredients used in menoelle® GEL also matches these tissues.
This gel’s strength or concentration of its ingredients is called osmolality. menoelle® GEL is iso-osmotic to vaginal tissues, this means that it will have a hydrating effect where it is needed, but will not pull or push water into the tissues, unlike strongly hypo or strongly hyper osmotic moisturisers, therefore minimising any chance of tissue damage.

The innovative technology of menoelle® GEL is a natural, organically adhesive hydrocolloid gel consisting of purely plant-based polymers. Linseed extract, ground guar and locust bean gum, along with xanthan gum, form the basis for a water-binding, plant-based gel with organically adhesive effect that enables long-lasting, natural hydration.
