The special ingredients of menoelle® Night intense have been carefully selected and thoroughly examined. Our formula is based on current scientific findings and is regularly tested for quality and purity.
Melatonin, a natural messenger substance, is responsible for regulating the sleep–wake cycle and has demonstrated its important role in improving sleep quality in scientific studies. The special formulation of the melatonin we use, featuring an overnight release effect, ensures continuous release of melatonin over a period of approximately 8 hours.
EstroG-100® extract: The internationally renowned and highly regarded plant extract EstroG-100® was specifically developed as a phytoestrogen-free ingredient and is also included in our product menoelle® Night intense.
Melissa officinalis (lemon balm) is a well-established herb that many people like to include as part of their dietary supplementation.
L-tryptophan is an essential amino acid and a precursor of serotonin and melatonin.

Melatonin has a sleep-inducing effect and is commonly known for helping with difficulty falling asleep. menoelle® melatonin with an overnight release effect is characterized by a dual melatonin formulation that not only makes it easier to fall asleep but also supports better sleep continuity through its overnight release effect.
For the sleep-inducing effect, half of the melatonin contained in menoelle® melatonin with an overnight release effect is rapidly available. The second half is released gradually and continuously over a period of approximately 8 hours to support staying asleep.
The vitamin folic acid is needed by the body to convert tryptophan into melatonin. Targeted supplementation with folic acid can contribute to better utilization of tryptophan and thus to more restful sleep.
Quatrefolic® is a patented form of folate with optimal efficacy and stability. The methylfolate bound to glucosamine in Quatrefolic® has outstanding bioavailability and, unlike folic acid, can be used directly by the body.

Melatonin has a sleep-promoting effect, which is why intake is usually recommended 30–60 minutes before going to bed. Please note that menoelle® NIGHT intense is intended for use only before sleep, typically in the evening and not during the day, in order to avoid unwanted daytime drowsiness.
Both main ingredients of menoelle® NIGHT intense (EstroG-100® and melatonin) require some time before their full effect is achieved. In some cases this may happen a bit faster, in others it may take longer. Experience shows that you should expect a period of around 2–4 weeks. Please ensure regular intake according to the recommended dosage.
menoelle® NIGHT intense, like all sleep aids, should only be used until a normal sleep–wake rhythm has been re-established. Without consulting a doctor, the duration of melatonin use should be limited to a maximum of 3 months.
The ingredients of menoelle® NIGHT intense are well researched and generally well tolerated.
A habituation effect is not expected with the use of menoelle® NIGHT intense, and there is no risk of daytime drowsiness provided that menoelle® NIGHT intense is taken as directed before bedtime.
menoelle® NIGHT intense is not suitable for women who are pregnant or breastfeeding, for children or adolescents, or for individuals with a known celery allergy.
Like most over-the-counter products, menoelle® NIGHT intense is not included in the list of benefits covered by statutory health insurance. Our tip: simply ask your health insurance provider—an exception may be possible in your individual case.
